Administration
The City & Borough of Wrangell is a unified home rule municipality with a Council-Manager form of Government.
The Borough Manager and the Borough Clerk work directly for the Borough Assembly.
The Borough Manager assumes the day to day responsibility of the operations of the City and supervises all Department Heads.
The Borough Clerk serves as an officer of the city, and keeps the journal of proceedings of the council, and is the custodian of the seal of the city.
