Building Permit
Attached is a copy of the Building Permit for your reference. Please be advised that this form must be filled out using a triplicate form that can be obtained from the Public Works Department of from City Hall. The Public Works Superintendent will issue the permit and be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the building requirements.The Zoning Administrator/Electrical Superintendent may also need to sign the permit to confirm compliance with the codes.
