Train Free with Lynda.com through Sept
The Friends of the Library purchased an annual subscription to Lynda.com, a wonderful resource for on-line training. However..... the access ENDS the September 2017. Anyone with a Wrangell Library Card from the Irene Ingle Public Library has access to this video based online training resource - and from the comfort of your own home or wherever you might have internet access.
Here is how YOU can get started on over 4000 different types of training opportunities:
*You NEED your Library Card Number*
1. First time login
Go to lynda.com
Click on LOG IN in the upper bar
Click on Organization Login
At second option, type in wrangell.com
Enter your library card and pin (your pin will be the last 4 digits of your card #)
AND.. you should be in! It might ask for a name and email to set up your profile. Search on any subject of interest, click on a class or training opportunity you would find interesting, and start learning!
When you login a second time on the same computer:
Go to lynda.com
Click on LOG IN
Click on Organization Log In
At second option it will say:You'll be directed back to Lynda.com after logging in through Irene Ingle Public Library, so Click the Go button beneath that statement
Enter your library card and pin (your pin will be the last 4 digits of your card #)
You are in again.
