Planning and Zoning Commission

The Wrangell Planning and Zoning Commission’s regular meeting will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2023 @ 5:30PM in the Borough Assembly Chambers located in City Hall.
The following public hearing will be held at the meeting:
- (PH) Conditional Use Permit application request for a short-term rental on Lot B, Block 15 of the Third Street Right of Way Subdivision, zoned Single Family Residential, according to Plat No. 11-10, requested by Heidi Milazzo Clay Culbert.
- (PH) Conditional Use Permit application request for a short-term rental on Lot 15, Block 84 of Wrangell Townsite, zoned Waterfront Development, according to Plat No. 94-10, requested by Chad and Bonnie Ritchie.
In addition, the agenda includes review of the following items:
- Preliminary plat review of a replat and subdivision of Lot C, of Etolin Avenue Replat within Block 30B, of Wrangell Townsite, USS 1119, according to Plat 2019-2, creating Lots C-1 and C-2, owned and requested by Todd and Catherine White.
- Request from Randy Easterly to purchase Borough Tidelands in Wrangell Townsite, Lot 24A, Block 83-A, zoned Waterfront Development, according to plat 2006-6.
- Approval of the Accessory Dwelling Unit code to be added to Wrangell Municipal Code Title 20 Zoning.
