Planning and Zoning Commission

The Wrangell Planning and Zoning Commission’s regular meeting will be held on Thursday, December 14th @ 5:30PM in the Borough Assembly Chambers located in City Hall.
The following public hearing will be held at the meeting:
- (PH) Request from Don Glasner to purchase a portion of Borough Real Property identified as of Lot PAR7, zoned Commercial adjacent to the Torgramsen-Glasner Subdivision.
- (PH) Petition to Rezone Lot 5, Block 1, according to Plat 83-11 of Wrangell Island West, zoned Rural Residential changing the zoning district from Rural Residential (RR) to Rural Remote Unit (RMU) requested by Christian Ryll.
Meeting information will be published for public access prior to the meeting. The meeting packet may be obtained through the calendar on the Borough website at https://www.wrangell.com/calendar.
