Parking lot closure:

7/7/2025 through 7/18/2025- 4 Mile former floatplane landing

Beginning Monday July 7th, 2025, a contractor will be in town to install a cell phone tower at 3 mile. 

In order to facilitate this installation, the tower will need to be preassembled and then moved in place with a helicopter. 

The parking lot at 4-mile (the former floatplane landing area) will be utilized as the staging area to preassemble the tower. 

As a result, this parking lot area at 4-mile will be closed for the duration of this assembly and installation. 

The assembly and installation of the tower is expected to be done by Friday July 18th, 2025.  The parking area at 4-mile will be closed to the public beginning July 7th through July 18th.
