2025-12-08 PSA - Alder Top Road Servicing

Final surfacing will not be completed on Alder Top subdivision roads until later this winter.  With manhole and valve box covers sticking up in the roadway, this could create a hazard.  As a result, Alder Top roads will not be plowed during regular plowing operations until the final surfacing is complete.  

If you have purchased an Alder Top lot and need to access your lot to begin work in the next couple months, please reach out to the Public Works Department at (907) 874-3904 to make a plan to access to your lot.  Otherwise please avoid accessing Alder Top Roads until surfacing can be complete.
