Seasonal Commercial Permit Sites Available

The City and Borough of Wrangell hereby provides notice of the availability of seasonal commercial permit sites for rent at the City Dock Cul-de-Sac, located at the north end of the Samson Yard adjacent to the City Dock.

The City and Borough of Wrangell are establishing a standardized, revocable permit agreement to allow temporary commercial use of designated borough-owned property during the 2026 summer season (May 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026). Permit sites are intended to support temporary commercial activities, including but not limited to food trucks, vending, and small retail operations.

There will be an outcry auction on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 2:00pm at City Hall, in the Borough Assembly Chambers.
