Planned Unit Development (PUD) Application

For the CITY OF WRANGELL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION, you may download the attached file. Applications may also be picked up at City Hall. The form must be filled out completely and signed by applicant and legal owner (if different than applicant) for complex projects that may benefit from PUDs. Some PUDs may include subdivision of land. In such cases, platting is subject to the provisions of WMC Title 19, including but not limited to Chapters 19.12 and 19.16. Subdivision and PUD applications will be reviewed concurrently and forwarded to the Borough Assembly for final action. PUDs that do not involve subdivision remain subject to Planning & Zoning Commission review and approval in accordance with the conditional use criteria.

Return a signed application, and fee of $100 OR $300 (checks payable to the City of Wrangell) to City Hall or to:
