Time for some Spring Cleaning around the house. Saturday and Sunday are Household Hazardous Waste Days
Wrangell Pride Spring Clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 8:30 to noon.
Meet at the American Legion.
Brush and Burnables:
Tuesday - Saturday, April 16-20: Free Dumping of Brush and other burnable items at the Transfer Station
Metals:
Tuesday - Saturday, April 23-27: Free dumping of cars, appliance, and other metals at the transfer Station
Household Hazardous Waste
Saturday/Sunday June 8-9: Free dumping of items such as paints, solvents, cleaning solutions, batteries, acids, and old fuel. Prohibited Items: Food Waste, Household Trash or Scrap metal, explosives, blasting caps, gunpowder, reactive such as sodium metal or radioactive waste, infectious waste.
