Planning and Zoning Commission

The Wrangell Planning and Zoning Commission’s regular meeting will be held on Thursday, October 12th @ 5:30PM in the Borough Assembly Chambers located in City Hall.

The following public hearing will be held at the meeting:

  1. (PH) Variance application request for a variance to the front yard setback for a carport on a portion of POR Lot 14, Block 12, Wrangell Townsite (Plat No. 86-5), zoned Single Family Residential, owned and requested by Robert Marshall.
  2. (PH) Review and approval of the Accessory Dwelling Unit code to be included in Title 20 “Zoning” of the Wrangell Municipal Code.

    In addition, the agenda includes review of the following items:
     

  3. Final plat review of a replat and subdivision of Lot C, of Etolin Avenue Replat within Block 30B, of Wrangell Townsite, USS 1119, according to Plat 2019-2, creating Lots C-1 and C-2, owned and requested by Todd and Catherine White.
