	BOROUGH CLERK
The City & Borough of Wrangell is seeking applicants for Borough Clerk. This is an exempt administrative officer position appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Borough Assembly for an indefinite term.
Areas of responsibility include administrative support to the Mayor and Borough Assembly, elections, records management, and cemetery services. Requires thorough knowledge and understanding of government functions and procedures to serve as an effective staff member; requires knowledge of recordkeeping procedures, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate interagency information and act as an information resource for the borough. This position shall have all responsibility of the borough clerk’s office.
Salary is DOQ.
