Therefore, the below listed vessel is offered for sale over-the-counter pursuant to Wrangell Municipal Code, starting on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., Wrangell City Hall, 205 Brueger Street, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will be sold for the minimum value.

This vessel is to be sold As-Is, Where-Is, and will be available for public review and inspection upon request at the Reliance Float.
