NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION

The CBW Ports & Harbors Department intends to lease the following properties at a public auction at Wrangell City Hall, Assembly Chambers, on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., to the best and highest bidder.  There will be no sealed bids accepted.  This is a public outcry auction.

The CBW Ports & Harbors Department offers no warranty as to the condition or fitness of use and assumes no liability to lessees or their operator or agent in the lease of the properties.

Port Property to Auction Lease

     1. Boat Yard Lot 5

40 feet X 50 feet (2,000 square feet), minimum bid $160.00 per month

     2. Boat Yard Lot 6

60 feet X 60 feet (3,600 square feet), minimum bid $432.00 per month

     3. Boat Yard Lot 7

50 feet X 60 feet (3,000 square feet), minimum bid $360.00 per month

Conditions:  These lots will not be available until the Wrangell Marine Service Center (WMSC), Concrete Paving; Phase II project work is completed. Estimated date of completion is November 20, 2013.
