A quorum of the Wrangell Borough Assembly and all City & Borough of Wrangell Boards, Committees & Commissions (including the Hospital Board) that are represented by Hoffman & Blasco will be present on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Nolan Civic Center for the following topic:
