The Borough Assembly will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, regarding the following item:
1. Review and Appropriate Action on Contracts Relating to the Construction of the Wrangell Medical Center Hospital Replacement Budget
2. Consideration and Appropriate Action relating to Borough Assembly authorization for the Mayor and/or Borough Manager to sign any and all documents required by the USDA relating to the WMC Replacement Project loan
3. Authorize Scheduling a Special Assembly Meeting for Friday, June 1, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. – Item of Business - Executive Session regarding: Selection and the Hiring of a new Borough Clerk
