2022-01-12 Special Borough Assembly Meeting

Pursuant to Wrangell Municipal Code Section 3.04.090, The Borough Assembly will hold a Special Assembly meeting on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, beginning at 1:00 pm and continuing until completed (with breaks in between), at City Hall, regarding the following item(s):

a.  Executive Session - To conduct interviews for the Borough Manager’s position

b.  Approval of the negotiation process with regards to an offer for a new Borough Manager (may or may not be considered)

This meeting will begin in open session and immediately (after the motion to enter Executive Session is approved, enter into Closed Executive Session). When the Assembly comes back into Special Session, they may or may not take action.
