Board of Equalization Hearing

The Board of Equalization Hearing that was originally scheduled for Monday, May 8, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. has been rescheduled at the request of the borough assessor, and will now take place on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 5:30 p.m.

The Board of Equalization (BOE) shall hear testimony, both oral and written, with a decision to follow on the appeals that were received and not settled with the Assessor for the 2023 tax year.

If the appeals that the BOE will hear are not completed on May 10^th, the BOE will either recess until the next day or a date specified by the hearing officer.
