VIRTUAL (ZOOM) TOWN HALL MEETING – PUBLIC NOTICE

(being held by teleconference which is allowed by Resolution 03-20-1520)

The City & Borough of Wrangell will hold a Virtual Town Hall Meeting via ZOOM teleconference (and broadcast on Facebook Live), on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., for the following purpose:

Questions & Concerns Related to COVID-19

Public Participation: To effectively hold this Town Hall Meeting, please e-mail your questions into the Borough Clerk no later than Tuesday, June 16th at 3:00 p.m. Your questions are extremely important, and we want to get them answered!

Known attendees are: Dr. Anne Zink, Local SEARHC Representatives, and Wrangell Borough Representatives.

FACEBOOK LIVE! We are planning on broadcasting the Virtual Zoom Town Hall Meeting LIVE on the City & Borough of Wrangell’s Facebook Page!

If you would like to log onto the Zoom meeting, you can do that by logging into: https://zoom.us/join  and typing in the Meeting ID: 907 874 2381 and Password: 99929

KSTK will also be broadcasting the meeting, so you can also listen in that way.

We are asking that if you have questions though, that you get your questions into the Borough Clerk no later than Tuesday, June 16th at 3:00 p.m.

If you should think of a question during the Town Hall meeting, the Chat feature will be enabled, and your question will go directly to the Borough Clerk. Please note however, that there is no guarantee that your question will be asked if you choose to send in your question by chat during the meeting. We will do our absolute best to ensure that your questions are asked.

Although there will be a quorum of the Borough Assembly present via teleconference, there will be no action taken.
