Vacancy on the Port Commission
City and Borough of Wrangell

The City and Borough of Wrangell is accepting letters of interest from citizens who may wish to serve on the Port Commission.  The unexpired term of appointment is until October 2013.

Any interested person is eligible to apply.  Letters of interest should be submitted to Mayor Don McConachie at PO Box 531, Wrangell, AK  99929, on or before October 30, at 5:00 p.m.

Information on the powers and duties of the Port Commission are contained in Wrangell Municipal Code, Chapter 14.03.020.  A copy of the code chapter can be obtained at the Borough Clerk’s Office or viewed at the City’s website at www.wrangell.com
