For Salvaging Downed Timber

The City & Borough of Wrangell will allow the salvaging of downed and stacked timber that are located along both sides of the logging road at the Institute Property site, 5.5 Mile Zimovia Highway between May 1, 2014 to May 31, 2014 only.

There is a water bar separation between the Mental Health Property and the City & Borough of Wrangell’s Institute Property. There will be no salvaging of any wood on Mental Health property beyond the Borough’s Institute property logging road.                                                                                     

There will be no cutting down any additional trees (dead or alive), along the Borough’s Institute Property logging road.
