The Planning and Zoning regularly scheduled meetings are the second Thursday of each month. Most applications (variance or conditional use) or other requests such as plats, vacations, or project reviews, must be submitted by 5:00pm Friday, November 30, 2018 to be on the December agenda. Requests from the remote outlying areas are due a week earlier - please contact for the exact date.
Due to a lack of quorum, the December 13, 2018 meeting is cancelled. The next regularly scheduled meeting is January 10.
