The James and Elsie Nolan Center is a state of the art facility that houses the Wrangell Museum, The Wrangell Visitor Center, and the Convention Facility.

Wrangell is also served by the Alaska Marine Highway, with ferry service out of Bellingham Washington or Prince Rupert B.C.
