Thanksgiving is a special time of year, filled with family, big meals, thankfulness, tears, big games, pies, parades, melt-downs, and togetherness! Don't forget to squeeze in a run with the Southeast Beasts as part of your holiday tradition! Escape the holiday chaos (just for a bit) for an appetite-inducing morning of good natured outdoor competition. Proceeds will go towards the local Food Bank! All ages and abilities are welcome!

Registration: 8:00am, Run starts at 8:15am
Fee: $10, plus 1 can of food
Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
Route: Course will cover the Volunteer Trail, a portion of Spur Road and the Golf Course. Begins and ends at the covered basketball court
