2. Project Title: Volunteer Loop Trail Upgrades
3. Project Description: The City and Borough of Wrangell is pursuing a trail grant from the State of Alaska Recreation Trails Program. The grant is for maintenance and restoration of the existing Volunteer Loop Trail, used by the public for recreation. Any trail grant funds received will be used for restoring the existing trail, as well as for the purchase of maintenance equipment.
