Planning and Zoning Commission

The Wrangell Planning and Zoning Commission’s regular meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, July 20th, 2023 @ 5:30PM in the Borough Assembly Chambers located in City Hall.

The following public hearing will be held at the meeting:

  1. Variance permit request for a variance to front yard setback requirements for a single-family structure on Lot 3B, Wrangell Townsite, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by William and Janell Privett.
     
  2. Preliminary Plat review of the Privett Replat, a replat of a portion of Lot 3, Block 84, of USS 1119, Wrangell Townsite, Plat 65-87, creating Lot 3-BB and 3-CC, zoned Single-Family Residential, requested by William and Janell Privett.
     
  3. Preliminary Plat review of the Sprehe-Neyman Replat, a replat of a portion of Lot 5, Block 20, of USS 1119, Wrangell Townsite, creating Lot 5A and 8A, zoned Multi-Family Residential, requested by Dorianne Sprehe.

Meeting information will be published for public access prior to the meeting. The meeting packet may be obtained through the calendar on the Borough website at https://www.wrangell.com/calendar.
