THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S REGULAR MEETING FOR NOVEMBER WILL BE HELD THURSDAY DECEMBER 10, 2020, AT 6:00PM VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING. THE LOG-IN INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ONLINE TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:
1. Preliminary Plat review of the WW Ingram Replat, a subdivision and replat of Lot 9C of Plat No. 73-2, a subdivision within USS 3403; and Lot 10, of USS 3403, Plat No. 73-1, zoned Rural Residential 1, requested by Wesley and Wanda Ingram.
2. Variance permit request, an after-the-fact application for an existing residence, for a 3 foot variance request to the side yard setback, on proposed Lot 10B of the proposed WW Ingram Replat, a subdivision and replat of Lot 9C of Plat No. 73-2, a subdivision within USS 3403; and Lot 10, of USS 3403, Plat No. 73-1, zoned Rural Residential 1, requested by Wesley and Wanda Ingram.
