THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S MEETING FOR NOVEMBER WILL BE HELD THURSDAY NOVEMBER 14, 2019,  AT 6:00PM  AT CITY HALL. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:

 

1.  Conditional  Use permit request for a commercial retail convenient store on Lot 3, USS 3403, S.B.P.L. Subdivision,  zoned Shoemaker Bay Waterfront Development, requested by applicant Jillian Privett, owned by Bernard Massin.

2.  Conditional Use permit request for non-water related or dependent warehouse facility on Lot B, Block 2A, Stikine Inn Tidelands Reconfiguration, Plat No. 2017-2, zoned Waterfront Development, requested by Bill Goodale, Managing Partner Southeast Properties.
