The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.  Materials for any required hearing must be turned in two weeks prior to the meeting. Public Hearing Notice - AMENDED

 

THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S MEETING FOR JULY WILL BE HELD THURSDAY AUGUST 8, 2019,  AT 6:00PM  AT CITY HALL. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:

 

1. Variance permit request for a variance to side yard setback requirements for a single family structure on  Lot 1, Richard Gibb Subdivision,  zoned Rural Residential, requested by owner Dale Parkinson.
2.  Item G2 will be postponed at the meeting on 8/8. Public Notice will be given for the September 12, 2019 meeting. Conditional  Use permit request for a short term rental unit as a Bed and Breakfast or Extended Stay on Lot 1, Richard Gibb Subdivision,  zoned Rural Residential, requested by owner Dale Parkinson.
