The Preliminary Bid Tabulation is attached below.  Due to the City & Borough of Wrangell's early July 3rd closure in observance of the 4th of July holiday, we will provide a full review of all bids on Monday, July 7th.

NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Park Benches and Trash Receptacles

Notice is hereby given that the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska will receive sealed bids for the procurement of Park Benches and Trash Receptacles on a one-time basis. 

Sealed bids will be received by the City and Borough of Wrangell, Post Office Box 531, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, or located at the Borough Clerk’s Office, 205 Brueger Street, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, until 2:00 PM prevailing time on June 24, 2014.  

The Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerks Office, 205 Brueger Street, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, Telephone 907-874-2381, Email: clerk@wrangell.com.  The Contract Documents may also be downloaded from the City and Borough of Wrangell’s website (www.wrangell.com) under the “Bids and RFPs” section.  Downloading Contract Documents from the City and Borough of Wrangell’s website requires registration with the Borough Clerk in order to be placed on the Plan Holders List and to ensure receipt of subsequent Addenda.  Failure to register may adversely affect your proposal. 

The Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM on June 24, 2014 in the City and Borough of Wrangell’s Council Chambers at City Hall Wrangell, Alaska.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, or to make award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, as it best serves the interests of the OWNER
