BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ regular board meeting
will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Nolan Center.
The regular meeting will be followed by an executive session for the purpose of discussing matters, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the Medical Center,
specifically the CEO contract negotiations.
