THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION’S REGULAR MEETING FOR AUGUST WILL BE HELD THURSDAY OCTOBER 8, 2020, AT 6:00PM VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING. THE LOG-IN INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ONLINE TWO DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:
1. Variance application request for an 18 foot variance to the front yard setback requirements for a home entrance only and a 6 foot variance to the front yard setback for the main structure, on proposed Lot 18AA, of the approved but yet recorded Zahorik Replat (Plat No. 2020-?), Zoned Rural Residential, requested by owner Paul Zahorik
2. Proposed zone change from Multi-Family Residential to Single Family Residential for Lot 1, Block 35, USS 1119.
