Amended Public Hearing Notice

THE WRANGELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY FEBRUARY 14, 2019 AT 6:00PM AT CITY HALL. THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE MEETING:

1. Preliminary Plat Review of the 5 Star Fish Subdivision, a Subdivision of Lot 3A-1, Myers/Roberts Replat and Subdivision, Plat 99-10; creating Lots 3A-1A and 3A-1B, Block A, 5 Star Fish Subdivision, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by Chad and Sharil Smith.

2.  Variance request to reduce the required width of an access easement for a flag lot subdivision from 30’ to 20’ on proposed Lot 3A-1B, Block A 5 Star Fish Subdivision, zoned Single Family Residential, requested by Chad and Sharil Smith.

3.  Public Hearing on proposed ORDINANCE NO. 956, 957 and 958  OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE CITY & BOROUGH OF WRANGELL, ALASKA AMENDING CHAPTER 9.08, NUISANCES, SECTION 20.52.060, NOISE, AND CHAPTER 1.20, GENERAL PENALTY, OF THE WRANGELL MUNICIPAL CODE
