Additional City Dock - Cul-de-Sac

Seasonal Commercial Permit Sites Available

The City and Borough of Wrangell hereby provides notice of the availability of seasonal commercial permit sites for rent at the City Dock Cul-de-Sac, located at the north end of the Samson Yard adjacent to the City Dock as follows:

• Lot 1: measuring 20ft x 30ft
• Lots 2A & 2B (two lots): measuring 10ft x 15ft each

The minimum bid will be $1.50 per square foot for each lot.

The City and Borough of Wrangell are establishing a standardized, revocable permit agreement to allow temporary commercial use of designated borough-owned property during the 2026 summer season (May 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026). Permit sites are intended to support temporary commercial activities, including but not limited to food trucks, vending, and small retail operations.

The outcry auction for the three lots will take place on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 3:00pm at City Hall, in the Borough Assembly Chambers.
