Heritage Harbor Uplands, Phase 3

The Heritage Harbor Uplands, Phase 3 project consisted of storm drain utilities, site grading, curb and gutter, ACP paving, ACP sidewalk, water system, sewer system, pre-manufactured restroom, RV dump station, lift station and electrical lighting. 

Grant funds in the amount of $2,000,000 were received from The State of Alaska's DCCED. 

The engineering design was provided by PND Engineers, and the construction service was provided by Southeast Earthmovers, Inc. 

The project was completed in January 2012.
