NOLAN CENTER STORAGE BUILDING SETTLEMENT REPAIR

Notice is hereby given that the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska will receive sealed bids for the construction of the NOLAN CENTER STORAGE BUILDING SETTLEMENT REPAIR project.  WORK consists of installing helical piles to support the building foundation and slab.  The Engineer’s Estimate for all work is approximately $100,000.

Sealed bids will be received by the City and Borough of Wrangell, Post Office Box 531, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, or located at the Borough Clerk’s Office, 205 Brueger Street, Wrangell, Alaska 99929, until 2:00 PM prevailing time on May 16, 2023 and publicly opened at that time.

The Contract Documents are available in electronic format and can be downloaded from the City and Borough of Wrangell website (www.wrangell.com) under the Bids and RFP’s section. 

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, or to make award as it best serves the interests of the OWNER.
