Engineering Services for McKinnon Street Rehabilitation Design

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms for the McKinnon Street Rehabilitation Design project.  The engineering firm will provide complete engineering design, permitting, and construction administration of a roadway and utilities replacement project.  The full Request for Qualifications solicitation may be downloaded from the City and Borough of Wrangell’s website (www.wrangell.com) under the Bids and RFP section.  Statements of Qualifications are due by 2:00 PM prevailing time on December 15, 2025.
