NOTICE INVITING BIDS

WRANGELL COURTHOUSE UPGRADES

Notice is hereby given that the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska will receive sealed bids for the construction of the WRANGELL COURTHOUSE UPGRADES project. The project includes interior renovations to the Courtroom, Jury Room and Jury Bathroom, consisting of casework, wall paneling, doors, carpeting, bathroom plumbing and fixtures and electrical. Additive Alternate 1 consists of renovations to the public restrooms. Additive Alternate 2 consists of replacing approximately 175 square yards of carpet. Engineer’s Estimates are: Base Bid $283,000; Additive Alternate 1 $68,000; and Additive Alternate 2 $20,000.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM on October 30, 2015 in the City and Borough of Wrangell’s Council Chambers at City Hall Wrangell, Alaska.
