Appraisal Services Valuation of Properties

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced appraisal firms for the valuation of commercial property. The firm will provide Appraisal Services for commercial real estate. The qualified Appraiser should have experience with appraisals of real property and commercial buildings.
