Request for Proposals for Waterfront Industrial Property Assessment and Feasibility Study

Notice is hereby given that the City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska is soliciting proposals from a qualified Consultant to assist in the preparation of a waterfront industrial property assessment and feasibility study.

Proposals must contain evidence of the individual’s or firm’s experience and abilities in the specified area and other disciplines directly related to the development request; a detailed methodology for achieving the Scope of Work; and, other information as requested in the RFP.

Proposals may be submitted by mail or email, but must be received by the Borough Clerk by 2:00 p.m., (Alaska Time) on October 28, 2015 .  Clearly mark in the subject line or on the outside of the envelope, “Wrangell Waterfront Industrial Assessment Proposal, Submittal Deadline: October 28, 2015”.    The Borough Assembly reserves the right to reject all proposals, to request additional information concerning a proposal for purposes of clarification, to accept or negotiate any modification to any proposal following the deadline for receipt of all proposals, and to waive any irregularities if such would serve the best interests of the Borough as determined by the Borough Assembly.
